31 August 2010 On the claim of the Republic of Belarus in the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community The Republic of Belarus on 25 September 2010 brought a claim to the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community against the Russian Federation on the issue of levying export customs duties on the oil products being supplied to Belarus. The Court will start the hearings on the merits of the case on 7 September 2010.
